Quiet and spacey..
July 27, 2015These apartment are great for families and students. I live in a 4 bedroom with my boyfriend and a few others and we all have plenty of room in our large kitchen and 2 full baths, a decent living room/ dinning room (open plan) and a balcony. Washer and dryer are optional (we have it, and it's great) if you don't than its available in the main building along with a small gym and an outside pool. The only thing I don't like is the size of the pool (kinda small) and the pool hours which closes at ...sunset. Other than that- great apartments! Hope this helps!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
For the price its worth it in Davis.
July 20, 2015The place over all is ok. Maintenance sometimes get done sometimes has to be asked twice. I have a roommate situation making this place very affordable. the pool is on, as well as the laundry room and gym are good enough. The main property manager is great, they often cycle though others who can be amazing or just eh. The location is great, close to the bus stop both for students and commuters. near Target as well as close to the free way. I left for a place with a yard and less roommates.Review from Apartments.com
