August 7, 2024I toured Allegro with my partner 2 days ago. Lisa was friendly and well-knowledged. She had an answer to every question that we asked and even provided information we didn’t think to ask that ended up being helpful and a big contributing factor to deciding apply. Not only was Lisa knowledgeable on the complex, but also the neighborhood and made it easy to imagine what living there would be like. She was open to all questions and I left feeling like I got everything answered. This was the best ...apartment tour I’ve been on and definitely the best fit for what I was looking for in a place! The only downside is that the third party website they use in the application process is very difficult to use and I have spent a whole day trying to work through it with staff.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 14, 2024The front office ladies (specifically Makayla and Lisa) were amazing! So accommodating and knowledgeable about everything and extremely friendly and personable. There were some issues with our apartment when we moved in but they were quickly taken care of. There is an issue with flies in the building and in our apartment but that’s really the only downside. Great location and our apartment is so bright and spacious. It’s very quiet and you can’t hear your surrounding neighbors which was a nice ...surprise (I’ve lived in apartments before and you could hear my neighbors every move). January 26, 2024I really loved and appreciate the way the maintenance team works. They are fast, efficient and very friendly. Allegro at Jack London Square is generally a very good community in general however just beware of the people who may go in the parking garage and rob cars. I have also witnessed a couple of armed robberies in the area so just be careful.Review from Apartments.com
