You're Better off Elsewhere
June 22, 2020For the price, you are 100% better off elsewhere. Management is extremely difficult to deal with and slow to respond and fix things. 1 elevator, which rarely works, and is not large enough to move furniture. Routine maintenance requests take weeks to be addressed. This is a very old building, with almost no modernization done. Units are decent sized, but bathrooms are small and outdated, paint is a tired color, walls and floors are very thin so sound travels. Not worth the price and ...dealing with the management. Better off at any of the newer buildings for the same ballpark price, or a similarly old building for next.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
