So if its only you and you have barely any possessions than you're ok. But be ready to pay $1000 plus for 300 sq ft!! The location near Uptown and City park in Denver is the best part of this place. Otherwise the maintenance is definitely lacking, and you can't get ahold of management ever. Forget about them ever calling you back, or returning your emails, unless THEY NEED SOMETHING FROM YOU! Utilities are ...outrageous as well. It increases every month, even when I go out of town and I'm not using heat/gas or water for a couple of weeks and my charges still increase! Water bill especially because they leave the sprinklers on constantly, even when it has been raining EVERYDAY in Denver. I'd look elsewhere if I was you!Read More
