Passable facilities, terrible staff & maintenance

I have lived here for 10 months, and the more time passes the more disappointed I become. The staff changes nearly every two months (it seems like no individual or management company wants to take on this mess of a complex) and with every change they get less and less helpful. Maintenance requests will be filled in a timely manner, but certainly won't be filled properly, and we have had to file multiple requests about every issue we've had. The facilities are poorly kept (gym wasn't finished ...

until 9 months into the lease, and it's never cleaned, pool is dirty, debris in parking lots has caused multiple flat tires, etc). I can't emphasize enough how negative an experience living here has been.

I love the apartment. Hardwood floors, modern appliances, and a balcony. I love the fact they have an interior entry, I feel 10x safer. The staff is awesome, they made my move in process quick and painless. I haven't had an issue with noise what so ever and my neighbors are so sweet. The location is perfect, close to a shopping center and multiple places to eat. It is also located close to the downtown area which works out well for me.

We love these apartments! Granite, tile, new nice light fixtures. Very modern looking. They just updated them a few months ago andthere's a whole new management and maintenance staff on as well. They are awesome and super sweet.

The community I live is quiet, but is not harsh about noise. Its located near a lot of dining and shopping options while near the interstate. Our office staff is great with communication & the maintenance staff is speedy. Good diverse community!

When I first moved in here everything was fine. But then, I noticed that every month or so we needed maintenance to come out and fix the power outlets (old bad wiring). Now, on top of that, our building is now infested with ticks and roaches! The complex has this "At least we tried" attitude about not fixing the problem and we're about to move.
