Can’t wait to go

This place was nice and quiet when we moved here but now it’s mostly students who are loud and messy and smoke all the time. If you like to smell ALL types of smoke and listening to loud music at all times of the day and night you’ll love it here. The laundry room is always in use and never clean good luck washing in there the washers are always nasty with hair and bad odors. People start washes and disappear clothes hangout for days! The assigned parking is a joke! You will come home to find a ...
car parked in your space almost everyday! And since all the parking is assigned that leaves you to park in someone else’s spot until yours becomes available. The trash area is always a mess most of the trash never makes it to the dumpster it’s on the ground around it. The gate is broken more than it’s not. Cars have been broken into the gate needs repairs. This place was nice when we moved here 3 years ago now it’s full of smoke, loud music and trash.

This place is literally on the bike trail, you can bike to UH main campus or the Medical Center. The inside of the apartments have granite counter-tops, new cabinets real wood floors and new appliances. The staff is very friendly. A must see place.

My apartment complex is a great fit for a couple with a child. It is very family oriented, quiet, pet friendly and are accompanied by welcoming residents. Nice owner who makes you feel welcome, and very understanding of your circumstances and office staff that is always helping.
