I very much adore this apartment complex. I will likely have to move next year when my lease is up since it's quite expensive to live alone in Gainesville, but if I didn't have to leave for financial reasons, I would definitely stay here! The office staff is pleasant, maintenance does a fantastic job, and it's a very quiet complex. You definitely get a lot for your money here, especially for a one bedroom in an expensive college town! The price is very reasonable for what you get (it's just not ...

My apartment was amazing when we moved in. My patio faces a small woods that is amazing to watch during the Florida rain. It was peaceful but several families have moved in with loud children who like to play in the parking lot. It is very close to most of the shopping and restaurants we like to visit.

Great price for the size, kitchens are small and outdated and the bathroom could use some updating. Quiet neighborhood, great location close to Shands and Archer Shopping.
