Great community with an even better property manager!

I have been living at Arbordale Gardens for a year now, and I have had a great experience so far. The community is quiet and friendly, and the apartment complex is in a really nice location. The property manager - Patrick is amazing! He is extremely helpful and friendly, and will go out of his way to make sure any issues you have are resolved promptly and efficiently. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. 5 stars for sure!

First of all, the manager is amazing! He is friendly and resolves any issues I have ASAP. I had locked myself out of my apartment and he was more than happy to help me get back in. And he’s taken in packages for me when I was out of town. The area and nice and quiet and it is located near freeways and stores. There’s always children outside playing. The apartment itself is very spacious and I love the walk in closet, VERY spacious. The pool is usually empty and is long enough to do laps. The ...

laundry room is affordable and is always clean. A bonus that my boyfriend and I weren’t expecting was the extra storage outside in our parking area! It’s so convenient to store our random belongings we don’t need inside. I would recommend this apartment for both singles and families. It is quiet enough to work and study, but also safe and friendly for your kids to go outside and play.

We are Living herefrom Last 3 years and everything is so great. Helping Management, Great service/quick action on the residents complaints. Rent is very reasonable. Great location, Bus stop, grocery store, Elementary School, Middle school, Irvington high schools are walkable. We have a gated community and working swimming pool.
