  • Stay away!!!

    Moved from out of town, thought we found the perfect place. Great location in beautiful Ahwatukee. What a let-down. Poor management since we’ve been here. New management company took over a few months back so we thought there was hope. Turns out it has gotten worse. Dirty filthy grounds. Garbage and cigarette butts in the hallways. Have complained since we’ve been here to no avail. Common area by the grills are also filthy. Garbage cans rarely emptied resulting in a huge fly problem as well as a ...
    horrible smell. For those who have dogs, often the pet stations are void of bags, so people don’t pick up the poop. There is poop constantly on the sidewalk. Stays there until it dries and blows away leaving only a stain. Pool is always filthy, have never seen it maintained. Since the new management company took over, I have yet to see ground maintenance. I think they only worry about cleaning the route that they walk prospective victims, I mean residents on a tour. There are homeless people often in the grounds, sometime sleeping under the stairs, or behind bushes. Believe it or not, this is just a small sampling of the issues but I will stop piling on. Hopefully you’ve got the message. It is a shame because Ahwatukee is overall a beautiful area but this place doesn’t live up.

  • Worst apartments please save yourself the head ache

    The worst moving experience I have ever had I moved into my home for the entire place to be dirty car hairs and dead roaches in the fridge. Baby roaches all over my sink the tub was dirty my closet was broke the air vent was disgusting it looked like nobody had touched my home. There was roaches crawling all over my kitchen and bedroom. I asked for help I had to wait days for somebody to send out pest control who only sprayed something and I continued to see roaches I had to wait a week to get my ...
    air vent changed the staff confirmed nobody even walked my apartment to see if it was move in ready. I have ocd and continue to have panic attacks all they offered was for me to break my lease and they keep all my money. I still have roaches to this day please save yourself the head ache. Memory was the only good thing about the apartment. I see around 15 roaches each night inside my brand new apartment.

  • Low quality apartments and terrible management

    The apartments are pretty dumpy inside and out. Don't let their marketing pics fool you. I had to file dozens of maintenance tickets within just a year. Lots of sketchy vagrants sleep in the complex at night. Their community fees add up to roughly $100-$150 a month on top of rent. They wanted 20% more for rent when I was due for renewal so I decided to leave. They tried to charge me about an $80 "ozoning" maintenance fee for a mystery odor they claimed was in the apartment and would never ...

  • Terrible amenities

    Great location. Maintenance takes forever. The pool gate locks are never removed on time. Pool is never clean and the spa never works. Beware

  • Poor Managment

    October 30, 2018
    I have lived here since June 2018. In July i reported a leak above my shower in my master bathroom in the ceiling. It took them until October 7th to finally make the repair and get the hole patched and painted so i could use my shower again. I was told I would receive some kind of compensation for the time it took for the work order to be finished. Now the repair is finished, I have sent multiple emails with no response from the office in regards to this. I would not recommend this community to ...
