ROACHES & Mice/Rat
July 18, 2023the place is trash & lots of false advertising. They have a major pest problem. People breaking in & stealing from cars. A couple months after moving in, we noticed HUGE roaches . Every month we had an issue. Maintenance was horrible and it took days for someone to come. Water is always being cut off . Now we have mice. So happy we found a new place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . A nightmare.Review from Apartments.com

July 6, 2023Horrible place everything falls apart or doesn't work. Place is very trashy if I could give a zero rating I would. Would not recommend anyone to this place. They don't care about their residents
July 4, 2023Heads up, you will be without running water at least once a month, for days at a time without warning. They will just close out your maintenance requests without reaching out or they'll show up, say they need to get parts, close it out, and then never return. They're only interested in fixing up the long abandoned units to get more money out of unsuspecting new residents.
