Very spacious and friendly staff
September 15, 2024I have been at Arlington Gardens for almost 2 years. The apartment manager is very friendly and very knowledgeable about how they fix and run the apartments. The maintenance guy, is a god send. He is very friendly and very descriptive on how he fixes or plans to fix things.Review from Apartments.com
Disappointed.
March 15, 2023I currently live in this apartments, and I am really disappointed with all the wrong things happening there. People coming in and out of the gate without a gate remote, people smoking all over the apartment complex when there is signs that say “no smoking” “no skateboarding” “no kids allowed in the pool without parents present”. The laundry room stays dirty. People don’t attend their clothes when the washers are done. There’s a lot of work to be done there.
