Very spacious and friendly staff
September 15, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI have been at Arlington Gardens for almost 2 years. The apartment manager is very friendly and very knowledgeable about how they fix and run the apartments. The maintenance guy, is a god send. He is very friendly and very descriptive on how he fixes or plans to fix things.

March 15, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI currently live in this apartments, and I am really disappointed with all the wrong things happening there. People coming in and out of the gate without a gate remote, people smoking all over the apartment complex when there is signs that say “no smoking” “no skateboarding” “no kids allowed in the pool without parents present”. The laundry room stays dirty. People don’t attend their clothes when the washers are done. There’s a lot of work to be done there. So I would not recommend this place ...ti anyone.Read More
