March 25, 2021DO NOT LIVE HERE... I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want a place where you have no control of the temperature especially during winter and a place where the temperature will be 80.5 degrees Fahrenheit in the common area (not joking I measured this afternoon). Your apartment will hover between 75-79 without the AC running WITH the windows open on a 60 degree day. At first the management seems helpful and kind but they assured me they cannot do anything to help. And this is”the ...way it is”. Not to mention there is a bad cockroach infestation in most apartments and an issue with mold in the apt above me. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST LOOKING ELSEWHERE. I tried to get issues resolved for comfort many times but according to management... “This is the way it is, the apartment is 80 years old and we cant do anything to help”Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
