It has been great living here as the community is nice and the maintenence is great. The only complaints id have would be the parking situation can be a little annoying to find a spot near your apartment and theres no elevators only stairs.

I have very mixed feelings about my experience at this property. I have maintenance tickets that have been pending before the snowstorm that need to be taken care of before I fix them myself. My utilities closet light has been on for about a month now. There was a water leak from the 3rd floor during this time, and I was the last to receive the necessary maintenance inside my unit. I reached out to the leasing office multiple times before I received an appropriate response.

I have been living at arrive for about 4 years now. I really don't have to many issues. Only problem is with the parking if you work late it's hard-to-find parking. I also feel I'm being over charged for water and sewer.

My move in experience with Jasmine and Arkeatha was great. They made sure I was comfortable and that I knew the difference in features between the North and South community. 2 weeks in so far and I have no complaints

The staff reception was great and welcoming. I love the homely vibe the residence gives. The only issues I had were the showers and sinks in both bathrooms being clogged when I moved in and it took maintenance a whole week to come fix them. Also, the key fob wasn’t working when I moved so I couldn’t use the gym that weekend. I went to the office on a Monday and was told it will be fixed but it still wasn’t.

My experience overall has been good. The only issues I have are the mailboxes I was never told which mailbox belongs to me and the lock is very finicky, the dog waste, high grass, and lack of parking.
