April 24, 2025The staff reception was great and welcoming. I love the homely vibe the residence gives. The only issues I had were the showers and sinks in both bathrooms being clogged when I moved in and it took maintenance a whole week to come fix them. Also, the key fob wasn’t working when I moved so I couldn’t use the gym that weekend. I went to the office on a Monday and was told it will be fixed but it still wasn’t.Review from Apartments.com

March 2, 2025The staff are very friendly, the facilities are clean and usable. If there’s a problem with the property it’s usually resolved within a couple days. Maintenance is quick and friendly as well. The main issue is if there’s a complaint about another resident (mostly noise complaints) there hasn’t really been any action taken by the leasing office to stop it aside from (possibly) a lightly worded email asking them to please respect the quiet hours.
