April 24, 2025The staff reception was great and welcoming. I love the homely vibe the residence gives. The only issues I had were the showers and sinks in both bathrooms being clogged when I moved in and it took maintenance a whole week to come fix them. Also, the key fob wasn’t working when I moved so I couldn’t use the gym that weekend. I went to the office on a Monday and was told it will be fixed but it still wasn’t.Review from Apartments.com

April 20, 2025My experience overall has been good. The only issues I have are the mailboxes I was never told which mailbox belongs to me and the lock is very finicky, the dog waste, high grass, and lack of parking.Review from Apartments.com

March 2, 2025The staff are very friendly, the facilities are clean and usable. If there’s a problem with the property it’s usually resolved within a couple days. Maintenance is quick and friendly as well. The main issue is if there’s a complaint about another resident (mostly noise complaints) there hasn’t really been any action taken by the leasing office to stop it aside from (possibly) a lightly worded email asking them to please respect the quiet hours. July 31, 2024The community is quiet with polite neighbors. The leasing office/corporate has frustrated me with now having my rental payments situated properly although they are paid on time and I get automated text messages and a notice placed on my door. I have put in a maintenance request and it’s 3 weeks later and hasn’t been completed, although I’m receiving emails about feedback as if it has been completed.Review from Apartments.com
