Maintenance is unprofessional and unreliable
June 4, 2023Terrible service when it comes to maintenance and having work orders handled within a timely manner. Missed service appointments with no explanation. “Emergency”number not being answered with the mailbox Not being set up is ridiculous. The decrease in maintenance is only one of the many reasons In my 10 years at this residence I’ve never wanted to leave more.Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2019Nice clean community, the office Managment are Bias, if they know you personally you have it made in this community, The parking issue is not as strict as they state it is. I dont care how well you clean your apartment or care for it you will not get your deposit back... Plse make sure you request everything in writing and fax and or e-mail to have proven copy...request your exit walk through in writing.Very nice apartment community otherwise....No security as stated ,parking was a mess, police ...office in complex no one ever there and they are lazy. commode always stopped up...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do not move here!
March 8, 2016I lived here for a year & it was the worst experience of my life. Yes it was for a great price, & the apartment was spacious enough, but the neighborhood is horrible. My apartment was broken into & all my valuables were taken. They kicked in the back door. I asked around a found out that this happens often in asbury place. Police make visits to the complex once a week or more due to a shooting, break in, or a drug bust. There are also homeless people that dig in the dumpster every week. There was ...also a bad German roach infestation that kept occurring & the front office would have to call exterminators to keep spraying the inside of each apartment. There was also a mouse living in my apartment as well. No matter how clean you keep your place, it will not stop the pests! Don't be fooled by these other comments, it is very dangerous here. & it is right beside section 8 housing. It may look ok in the morning, but when night time comes around, you'll see how dangerous it is.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015The apartment complex is quiet and near numerous establishments. The rental office personnel are friendly and they try and accommodate everyone's needs in a timely manner. The apartment itself is small. Apartment needs more upkeep and it's needs to be renovated to a more updated community give an atmosphere of luxury apartments. December 26, 2014I love the staff in the office, whatever they can help you with they will. the issues I have is the roaches, the pool not being open, how close it is to two terrible apartment complexes, no closet space, difficulties with the plumbing and the windows in the winter don't protect you from the air coming in your apartment.Review from Apartments.com
