I got declined because of an error on my application and instead of letting me update my application they denied me and took me off the waiting list. Now I have to wait 6 months before I can even reapply. They claim to have tried to reach out to me but I have no missed calls from them or voicemails. I paid my application fee and have been reaching out to them every month to get updates. When I called on March 15th, I was told I was 7th in line. Today May 16th I call and I'm being told my ...
application was removed in February It's aleady been a struggle with the people in the office and I haven't even moved in. This is what you have to look forward to if you move here. No thanks! I dodged a bullet!!!!

I've lived here 7mts, love my new apt layout cozy & roomy! Office staff are really nice & helpful,amazing ladies. Maintenance crew are friendly & there when needed. I love the the mouthy events they have, neighbors getting together & having fun. Happy to call home

It's good with price

I would say it's good for price. compare to local community its monthly rent is lower. recently it renovated the entire apartment complex. Again the rules is, Price=Quality, next decision is yours.

This complex is a little older but they making then new on the inside which means I have to move ugh. I think of the ladies is nice but not the other. I have been in my unit for 10 years and I wish I didn't have to move.

A wonderful place to live

A great community to live in. It's quiet and walking distance to a park. It has 2 pools and a great workout center. It's in a very convenient place for all your shopping needs. It's even close to DFW airport. The staff is friendly and courteous. I loved living there.
