I have lived at Atler for quite some time now and this is the best leasing team we have had. Both Cristina and Calvin are extremely helpful. The maintenance guys Hector and Gilberto are the best. The whole team is very kind and thoughtful.

I've lived here for over a year now, and I've gotta say, it's been a great experience! Calvin, Christina, and Tyriq at the leasing office were super helpful throughout my moving process. And even after I settled in, the team has been super responsive, friendly, and helpful. I've also been really impressed with the amenities, they're always available and well maintained. The building is clean and tidy, and it's clear that the staff takes pride in keeping everything in top shape. Maintenance ...

Alter Brookhaven

On the hunt for a new apartment and one of the places I looked at was alter. Location is perfect and have updated apartments which was important to me and balcony option. Chelsea helped me with my million questions and did not rush me which I appreciated. One of my top choices for when I’m ready to move.

Great space for the amount you pay!

I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I’m honestly happy. Yes, the units aren’t as modern as new ones built; however the amount of space compared to newer apartment buildings is great! I’ve always have friendly communication from the maintenance staff and never any real issues! Calvin and Cristina in the leasing office are amazing! Very friendly, responsive and all around good people. They communicate well and even proactively!

BEWARE!

Maintenance never ACTUALLY fix anything. Air conditioner has been broken for months. Bugs are all throughout the building. Package room is a disaster. Management rarely responds to emails.

Good to live and improved management

I'm living here for around 2 years and I feel it is a decent place to live. It was chaos when I moved in but the recent management has done a great job to improve the community. The apartments are nice and spacious. The renovated ones are equipped with quality appliances. Also, the maintenance staff is on-point for completing any minor/major work orders. The community areas such as the conference room, coworking space, gym, and pool area are good but can be definitely improved and maintained ...
properly. If cleanliness in common areas is improved, then it is the great place to live.
