Still wish the people that live here cared enough to take care of the property. Too often there's trash in the elevators, stairwell and in the halls as people are too lazy to take their trash to the dumpster. I actually think the trash is causing an infestation problem as I see roaches now.

For the past year we have dealt with probably three different management groups for the office and not so great maintenance we had major issues in our apartment and had to wait almost three weeks for them to fix it and they told us that our problems was not emergencies after we had to do a police report on one of our problems and have no ac for two weeks for the other during the Texas heat. Our current management started cbanging the times the office is open and don’t send out emails letting us ...
know that they close earlier now and open late on some days. Which I think is rude when people are trying to get in contact with them.

Lived here since the complex has opened. Never had any major issues living here. Management has changed a few times, maintenance does a good job at keeping up with property.

Lorenza and Michelle are the sweetest people. Worked so hard to help me get approved. Love my apartment so far! Maintenance requests got done within 24hrs! Parking spaces are very big which is plus when you have kids

I just let him put someone into the unit that was not fully ready, even if it may be some minor things knowingly that they are paying a good bit to stay somewhere that is comfortable. The trash looks very packed.

I can't own more than one car while living here and the only road parking is claimed to be owned by the property and parking my second car in the apartments where I live or even outside on the road I will get towed. No care given and I was told to find someone to add to my lease or give my car to a family member. I was told there needs to be spots to be used by the 20 vacant apartments but there are broke down cars that have been on the property for months. Mind you I live here and the only full ...
lot is building 4 all the other buildings don't get full. I'm inconvenienced by tenants that don't even live here yet.
