We have been here for 3yrs. Overall, it's not a bad place to live. The only thing that is really an issue is parking. We only have 1 car, where as other residents have 4 or more cars. When we have to park elsewhere in the complex, lighting or lack of lighting, becomes a safety issue.

I have had a horrible roach infestation that from what I hear is common in these buildings. Tried to control it myself with 4 different poisons but it only brought the bugs into open space. Yet to be contacted by office re this.

Full of Bugs

The unit was full of bugs and broken appliances. The washer and dryer never worked, fridge and dishwasher were also broken and required me to self-repair. The pool was always closed, maintenance was nonexistent, and staff was nonexistent. Pretty bad place overall; look elsewhere!
