Great place to live! Maintenance is very prompt and the management team is super nice and friendly! Our daughter loves playing on the playground and the dog wash is perfect for my black lab.

So far Avail Community is a nice, spacious and fresh air community. My family and I love the decency of the entire community. I haven't had any issue so far being here and we're always happy to come home. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I've lived here for over three years, and this place has had several management changes. The current management is the best so far. The property manager is visible, communicates well, and follows up on our concerns. The amenities are impressive, especially the gym, which offers more than just basic equipment. The apartments are spacious and feature gas stoves, which are rare these days. They're also well-maintained, and the maintenance team is efficient. The community is mostly friendly. ...
However, buildings with single-bedroom apartments near Yale can be noisy, with loud cars and limited parking after 6 or 7 PM. Overall, it’s pleasant to connect with neighbors at the dog park. The office staff has been very supportive during tough times, helping us through a job loss and a necessary move. They recognized and corrected previous management's mistakes, which I really appreciate.

Now that we have new property Management. I'm just having an area seems to be approving. The staff seems to care. The maintenance crew is definitely on top of their stuff. All it takes is a little TLC so more to make things better.

It has been very good so far it is nice and quiet and everything is like brand new clean . I like that. And that there is sercrity doors to the building so people can’t get in. And there no keys . So I don’t have to worry about losing them. . I like that I have parking when I get home .

Stop do not move in

Once you move in maintenance, the office, the whole niceness stops. You’ll never get them to do anything for you. None of their promises are ever made hole horrible very dirty and unsecured! Pool is always dirty. You wouldn’t let your pig swim in it.
