Nice Amenities, Noisy Neighbors
July 9, 2020I’ve enjoyed the property so far, but have found it next to impossible to get any peace and quiet. Complaints about noisy neighbors and loud music go unresolved. Having a nice property means nothing if you feel like you’re at a concert every night while trying to do work or sleep. So beware. You may get lucky and have quiet upstairs/downstairs neighbors. Or you may be like me and hear music for hours on end each day. Good luck.Review from Apartments.com

The amenities are many, very clean, and superb in comparison to any other property i have lived in or visited. The office staff is always very friendly, respectful, and professional. February 25, 2020After a management switch, cars are being towed even when you have the parking decal and are parked in resident’s parking. Now rent seems to be increasing steadily and the office and the gym hours reduced. Coffee used to be free, but now they charge for the residents to drink coffee even with increased rent. Military Service member
November 5, 2019I am a military service member and moved from Fort Belvoir to Toscana Apartment in Margate in September 2019. They were amazing and responsive throughout the whole process. I even got a military discount. The apartment is in a great location and the pool is amazing. There was however an issue with limited parking. I am not sure if that has since fix. As a single parent who often travel for military service and training, I was only allow to have my nanny park at the complex for 48 hours. ...Approval for additional hours were often met with resistance. I requested an exception to policy for moving out 1 month early due to military call to duty and later after I moved, was charged a penalty even after I was told everything was fine. I attempted to call them, I left a message, again, no one called me back. A couple of weeks later I called, someone answered the phone, I identify myself but I was automatically put on hold. I hung up after 20 minutes hold. Ms. Adams did call me back but I do not think she recognize my number and thought I was looking to lease. I expressed my disappointment with the action her office took especially after telling me everything was fine. This is not the first time I had to move due to military service, the previous management companies have always been understanding that sometime military call to duty does not always happen when I want and they were always willing to work with me. Veterans or military service member, please be aware when deciding where you want to live in Margate.Property Manager Responded
