September 26, 2025The overall condition of the community has become quite unkempt and poorly maintained. It would be greatly beneficial to have a stronger, more visible presence from the entire leasing staff and/or property management on the actual grounds to help enforce community guidelines and ensure proper upkeep. There’s a reliance on frequent email communication to address issues, but the messages often lack meaningful follow-up or visible action. May 20, 2025The complex is not safe, not clean, and has bad appliances and upkeep. I've had an open repair almost every week I have lived here. There have been two shootings on campus and several car break insProperty Manager Responded
