    The front office is v very professional that can make thecomplex it's quiet, the location is good, I have good neighbors. the maintenance crew is very consistent just like the entire staff.

    The complex is not safe, not clean, and has bad appliances and upkeep. I've had an open repair almost every week I have lived here. There have been two shootings on campus and several car break ins

    Great experience. Leasing office staff are very nice and responsive. Any issues that come up are resolved immediately. Solid location. Could be a bit cleaner with pets but apart from that highly recommend

After visiting my friend’s place, I instantly fell in love with the community’s vibrant atmosphere and upscale feel. Even while I was out of town, Sade made the entire leasing process seamless. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that everything was ready for my arrival in Atlanta. The moment I got back to ...
    Atlanta, I moved in. While my initial unit was beautiful, I decided to transfer into another unit near the pool. Thankfully, the management team went above and beyond—they were so understanding and accommodating, making it easy for me to transfer. Now, I absolutely love my new space! More than just a place to live, moving here has been a blessing. Being close to both the gym and my church—two of my biggest goals for the year—has made this move even more meaningful. Avana Westside has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier to call it home!

    Almost 3 years here now and Avana Westside has been a perfect home for a foreigner in the US for work. It is extremely peaceful, the amenities are well maintained, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and I really couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

    I’ve had an amazing experience living at Avana Westside! The management team is always friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. The amenities are well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. My unit is spacious, clean, and everything works perfectly. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home—highly recommend!

    Enjoyed my experience so far. The staff and maintenance staff are very helpful and assist residents in a timely manner. There are issues with rash driving in the parking deck and occasional noise issues. Apart from that, solid neighborhood and nice community

    I’ve been here for two years and plan to renew my lease for another year. So far, I’ve had a great experience. The staff in the front office are wonderful. They are very communicative and responsive whenever you need anything. I really like my apartment and the amenities here, as well as the location. My apartment size is excellent for the price that I pay. My only complaint would be about some of the residents. Some residents do not pick up after their pets, and some residents litter in the ...
    parking garage or on the apartment property, but it really has nothing to do with the apartment itself or the staff that run the property. I have also felt very safe living here as a single woman and would highly recommend Avana Westside to others.

    I instantly fell in love with Avana West when I saw it only, seeing it in person only confirmed what I thought. I don’t like there yet, but I am so excited to. Dry cleaning, a year round open pool, delivery lockers, parking garage, and the list goes on.
