Quiet neighborhood with great amenities. I just wish that they would keep the parking garages and stairs clean. People leave trash and garbage everywhere

Very quiet and clean. However, I am not a fan of the garage gate being broken and they call code working on and off. I think management can improve with fixing this and making us residents feel safer.

The people are nice. Great location. There are a lot of car break ins and the locks go out often. There are some stuff that’s a bit raggedy to be paying so much. Like the hallways are kind of embarrassing. But again the people cool, I love my unit. And the location is unbeatable.

Avana is a pretty solid place to stay, other than a few incidents that have occurred it is pretty chill and reliable apartments. The maintenance fixes things pretty quickly and office staff replies quickly as well.

I really like the women in the leasing office. They’re great! They work hard and do everything they can to make your living experience enjoyable. My main issues have been with our key fobs not working on the doors to our building and the company contracted to service the doors being unable to fix it. The stairwells are dirty due to residents and residents’ pets, but they’re not cleaned well when cleaned either. No one seems to pick up after their pets. People have them off leash all the time. ...
It’s just the same old things getting old.

The overall condition of the community has become quite unkempt and poorly maintained. It would be greatly beneficial to have a stronger, more visible presence from the entire leasing staff and/or property management on the actual grounds to help enforce community guidelines and ensure proper upkeep. It’s very quiet here. My apartment is spacious and cozy. My neighbors are nice! Any small concerns I’ve had so far has been addressed by staff promptly. It’s been a good experience so far!

Very good move in experience neighbors are not noisy. My only complaint has nothing to do with the apartments it’s the street that is used as a short cut to bypass Howell Mill traffic. The apartments are clean and secure parking for residents

I am so amazed to people whose lived in this apartment. They were so friendly and the management welcomed me with open arms. People are very friendly the place are so quiet and peaceful and there's a lot of trees which is very nice
