Maintenance is always quick to respond and are great at trying their absolute best to resolve the problem within the same day of being notified. Never had problems with neighbors and my guests always rave about my place!

April 22, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comNegatives - Garbage shoot remains open a lot and smells through the hallway, walls are thin, no pool, outside public eliminate the community feel, weed smoke smell through the sidewalks, and during the warmer weekends the crowds are louder and larger. TV in the gym stopped working. Getting packages are scary Positives - Close to the hwy. Quiet weekdays are really nice to walk around. Mornings are my favorite time here and the sidewalks are peaceful. I love the windows to the loft. Gym is pretty ...nice overall. A simple way of life for a geobachelor that goes home often.
