Living here has been such a great experience! The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management is professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever needed. The staff truly makes residents feel welcomed and valued. I also love the sense of community and how convenient the location is. It's has it's ups and downs. My least favorite right now is that I see the Hampton Police often chasing after adolescents running in the parking lot and between buildings.

Just love being a resident here! Not leaving anytime soon. Vivian, Shay, and Brooke are awesome and ALWAYS attentive. Maintenance is always quick to respond and are great at trying their absolute best to resolve the problem within the same day of being notified. Never had problems with neighbors and my guests always rave about my place!

Overall its simple living its not great its not horrible. The pluses are the proximity to certain stores. I love walking around. The negative are the things walls and floors. I hear way too much from my neighbors.

Negatives - Garbage shoot remains open a lot and smells through the hallway, walls are thin, no pool, outside public eliminate the community feel, weed smoke smell through the sidewalks, and during the warmer weekends the crowds are louder and larger.
