April 22, 2025Negatives - Garbage shoot remains open a lot and smells through the hallway, walls are thin, no pool, outside public eliminate the community feel, weed smoke smell through the sidewalks, and during the warmer weekends the crowds are louder and larger. TV in the gym stopped working. Getting packages are scary Positives - Close to the hwy. Quiet weekdays are really nice to walk around. Mornings are my favorite time here and the sidewalks are peaceful. I love the windows to the loft. Gym is pretty ...nice overall. A simple way of life for a geobachelor that goes home often. January 5, 2025Overall, it's not a bad apartment. My review is coming from someone that has not rented an apartment in several years, and this is my one stop to retiring as geo-bachelor (spouse and children in another state).The floor/ceiling sound situation is not great. I shouldn't know when my neighbor is experiencing insomnia walking around at 2-4am (I'm exhausted and value my sleep). I've witnessed some unfortunate arguments with threats of harm in the parking lot. The nice walk in the shopping area often ...turns into brisk march away from unwanted alarming advances. There is an exercise dumbbell used to prop a door open that if accidentally removed could lock all of us out of our apts on a certain floor. Which leads to the frustration in the gym when you are looking for that missing dumbbell. Objectively, neighbors look out for each other and genuinely seem safe. The lofts can be beautiful. November 9, 2024Its day 3, so far so good! The area surrounding the apartment complex is vibrant with stores and restaurants everywhere. Shout out the maintenance team especially Mr. Limuel ( hopefully I got the name right) He does an amazing job for the facility. (Give that man a raise) As advertised the apartment has all the amenities and the apartments are spacious. Good Job Axis @ PTC!!!!Review from Apartments.com
