I have been living here over a week now and I have no complaints so far. Even maintenance came in a timely manner. Very safe community and I love it!

Everything has gone smoothly so far, I've only been in my apartment for about 2 days. The process has been simple and easy. The only things I would I don't like is sometimes being left in the dark after sending an email and not getting any response, it felt at times I couldn't get a hold of anyone through email, which I feel like should be very easy to do. Also, in my first day there was a lot of debris and dirt in front of my door. In general, things have alright.

First thing I did when I moved is…..explored the town!! Everything is so close by and easy to get to. Walking makes it easier to catch new stores that you don’t normally notice when driving. It’s great

Living here has been such a great experience! The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management is professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever needed. The staff truly makes residents feel welcomed and valued. I also love the sense of community and how convenient the location is. Overall, this has definitely felt like home, and I would highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a comfortable and positive environment!

It's has it's ups and downs. My least favorite right now is that I see the Hampton Police often chasing after adolescents running in the parking lot and between buildings.

Just love being a resident here! Not leaving anytime soon. Vivian, Shay, and Brooke are awesome and ALWAYS attentive. Maintenance is always quick to respond and are great at trying their absolute best to resolve the problem within the same day of being notified. Never had problems with neighbors and my guests always rave about my place!

Overall its simple living its not great its not horrible. The pluses are the proximity to certain stores. I love walking around. The negative are the things walls and floors. I hear way too much from my neighbors.

I like the apartment complex just wish each floor was attended (vacuum etc) to beside the 1st floor. Maintenance is good with responding to requests.

This has been the first time in a while I've renewed a lease. I'm so happy in this building I don't see myself moving out any time soon. From the location, to the building, to the amenities I'm really enjoying living here.

Safe neighborhood, great location, fun community events. Only downside is the mailroom access, sometimes I don’t get notified when my packages arrive.
