Terrible
March 31, 2024Mangey cats everywhere. Roach infested. Be careful not to fall through the floor as they cave in regularly. And dont expect them to fix anything. Terrible place, I cant believe they are charging this much for a dump.Review from Apartments.com
I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy
August 4, 2016First off it's infested with stray cats that are covered in fleas. The air conditioner is like your at a hotel and it's used to cook your entire unit. Management is so out of it and she is only on the premises about 2 days of the week or she is always leaving early. The flooring in the apartments CAVE IN!!! Lastly mold mold mold. Better than it ever was
August 28, 2015The complex is great! I've never heard a neighbor, or been bothered by anyone. I am a college student and I work nights, so it was important to find a quiet place. Management is very nice, and although it sometimes takes a long time for them to fix things, they eventually do. I had a problem with the garbage disposal, the weather stripping in the door, and my bathtub. The bathtub was fixed and made excellent, but the weather stripping needed to be done properly by me. I have a dog, and they've ...been more than welcoming to her. The location is so convienient to shopping and I can take my dog on a short walk to alligator alley with sidewalks lined right from the complex. It's great for students, or those who want a simple,quiet place to live. My favorite part is that there's no one above you or below you!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
