Poorly Kept
November 20, 2024Where can I start? The building is really dirty and you can tell that it is not taken care of immediately. From looking from the outside. When you step inside the hallways are pretty grimy and dirty as well as the walls. You can notice that they have been repainted over and over again, certain areas Meaning they have been touched up and not fully painted while I was getting a tour of the building, the manager like Kia she would explain to me the characters of the building, and I thought that was ...really unprofessional of her as well as when residents would come up to her and Ask her questions she would dismiss him in a very hostile way specially since they were a little bit elderly, and she just didn’t really seem like she was on top of stuff when she showed me the unit that they would be giving the maintenance technician. It was a very, very disgusting unit with discoloring along the walls. It looked like people would smoke inside over there the refrigerator had a dent The floor was cracked and needed immediate remodeling and repainting, and just overall better appliances. The bathtub was full of dirt, grime and nastiness that was not even being cleaned as she was showing me the unit so it looked like nothing was really being done.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
