Overpriced

Outdated appliances that buzz non-stop. Entrance gate that screams every time it is opened and closed. Refusal to address any and all maintenance requests or emails in general. Way overpriced.

Great apartment until MEB bought it...

My family and I have never had any problems when HSL owned it. Now that MEB owns the property, we receive our monthly bill for rent late, it takes them 4+ days to get a work order for someone to come fix the problem (making excuses along the way). And the front office ladies are nice yes... but they don’t care unless your signing a lease.

Too expensive for what it offers

Parking is always an issue if you have more than one car. The gym, for lack of a better word, is pathetic. The equipment is old and broken most of the time. We ended up getting a membership at a nearby gym because of how bad it was. Not to mention we could only access it when the office was open because we always had to use their key. Our key never worked, even when they would give us a new one. The new managers are awful and their leasing agent is incompetent and rude. If you rent here, soak ...
in all that attention they give you before you sign your lease. It will shortly turn into waiting outside the office for 20 minutes to pick up your package because they had to show an apartment to someone they don't yet have locked into a contract. There are plenty of other Tucson apartments that are: 1. Cheaper 2. Offer more for less 3. In better locations 4. Not owned by the cheapest and laziest management company of all time-HSL Lived here for two years in the hopes that things would get better, turns out when I thought things were getting better they were just being more helpful because my lease was almost up. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to live here.

My favorite thing about this complex has to be the staff. They're always friendly, helpful and available when you need them even on their days off. The apartment complex is located in a nice quiet area right by Mount Lemmon with a beautiful view. I researched almost every apartment complex in Tucson and I'm very happy with the decision I made to move here.
