Parking is always an issue if you have more than one car. The gym, for lack of a better word, is pathetic. The equipment is old and broken most of the time. We ended up getting a membership at a nearby gym because of how bad it was. Not to mention we could only access it when the office was open because we always had to use their key. Our key never worked, even when they would give us a new one.
The new managers are awful and their leasing agent is incompetent and rude.
If you rent here, soak
...in all that attention they give you before you sign your lease. It will shortly turn into waiting outside the office for 20 minutes to pick up your package because they had to show an apartment to someone they don't yet have locked into a contract.
There are plenty of other Tucson apartments that are:
1. Cheaper
2. Offer more for less
3. In better locations
4. Not owned by the cheapest and laziest management company of all time-HSL
Lived here for two years in the hopes that things would get better, turns out when I thought things were getting better they were just being more helpful because my lease was almost up.
I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to live here.
