Great community
December 18, 2018I lived here for 10 years, very quiet, clean community, never had any problems with bugs, roaches or any other little critters. In the last 2-3 years when the new resident manager took over things really got more pleasant, she’s very involved with her residents coordinating events for the community such as ice cream socials, swim party/swim safety classes, movie and game nights etc. If something needed repaired she was quick to get a maintenance request filled out and taken care of! Stay away
August 6, 2018Live here if you like mold in your apartment & cockroaches coming out of the drains in your kitchen sink & bathroom. I moved twice & both units had mold & roach problems. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. The manager lives on site & watches you like a hawk too, so unless you like that by all means beechwood is the place for you.Review from Apartments.com
Everything We Were Looking For!

It's the City Life for Me!
July 24, 2015I live in wonderful medium sized complex and I love it. It is gated, recently painted exteriors and office and entrance was remodeled. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The management company runs a tight ship. Any repairs are made in a timely fashion. There is a good sized pool, gym and laundry facilities. Every year the management picks a charity to support :Autism Speaks was last year and this year it is the ASPCA. The office accepts donations to give to the charity.Review from Apartments.com
