Horrible Management

Very old run down apartment. The neighbors were nice but the apartment management was horrible. I put a maintenance request in for my heater in the middle of winter stopped working. I ended up having to get a friend to come over and fix it after 3 days of freezing in the house. When i moved out in April 2020 they held my deposit and said it went to utilities. After going back and forth i asked to see copies of the utilities and they could only show $100 in utilities. I demanded the rest of my ...
deposit back and they said only corporate can cut checks. I waited 2 months for corporate to cut the check and it never came. We are now 6 months out and corporate keeps telling me check is in the mail. Good luck getting your deposit back if you rent here.
