Terrible...
December 21, 2015I've been living here since March of 2015.. it's December now. Everything was great at first but now it's terrible. I've called maintenance on four different occasions trying to get four different things fixed and they still haven't contacted me back. They're managed by the Heights and the Heights are ten times more important to them and I barely see anybody here to manage the property now that it's winter. I'm miserable and will be moving as soon as my lease is up... Not happy.Review from Apartments.com
It's hard to get ahold of a representative.
February 4, 2015The wait time on getting a rep to give me a call back takes a week or better. I've been looking for awhile now and feel I could have went somewhere else and got better results. I am not trying to give a negative review I'm just bringing the issue to light. As of now I am still looking for an efficiency or a 1 bedroom apt. I will keep your properties in mind. Pleasantly Surprised
