I have lived in this complex for three years now and i hope to finally be able to move out soon! Living here has been a nightmare. Since day one I've had Maitenance constantly walking into my apartment without a written notice or email. This has happened at least every other month for THREE years. On multiple occasions the staff didn't even have the appropriate attire in which to identify themselves as Maitenance. Ive had as many as six men walking through my door out of nowhere to fix something ...
that many times has either been fixed already or never needed to be fixed to began with. The front office will even constantly give out your key to third party associates. Extremely unsafe experience! And even if you let the front office know every single time this occurs they won't care because nothing changes. Add this to huge trash piles outside the compactor, gates never working and cars being broken into...Welcome to "home sweet home"!

Living here now about 3 years. The gate never works, but you will be charged to have and keep track of your gate key. We have no laundry facility on site, so you either buy your own unit or rent from them. If you rent add an additional $50 to your rent. There has to be a roach problem, because no matter how many times you get pest control to come out, you will see little critters running around. Leasing staff is not the friendliest, its touch and go.
