Not worth it here at all might as well stay somewhere better

These apartments suck not worth the pay there are ppl living here with children and these folks still have us with a real Texas heat in are own home they don’t care unless you owe them or is rent day they say they have lot of things here and still ppl are getting robbed at gun point never seen a security around and the tow truck here are bad they just take ppl cars just to make a quick cash move they cut your water off as well they have crackheads taking trash out the trash bens and they blame ...

the ppl for it there’s a maintenance man name willie who drives a mini van like it’s a Ferrari around the complex hopefully there’s changes to these problems but who knows when this would happen.....

We are sorry you are not having the best experience with us. We understand your concerns, but we do want to clarify a few things. We do have a patrol service assigned to the community. This is the first we are hearing of any of the incidents you've mentioned and we are reviewing this with them. While we understand the frustration of maintenance issues, we do have to shut down water temporarily while repairs are being made. This is standard protocol and we make sure we notify all residents that this is happening. Our towing service does tow inoperable vehicles, but we do give notice that is required by law. Also, vehicles not adhering to the rules written on the posted signs are subject to tow at the owner's expense. Please feel free to speak with any of our leasing professionals for any additional assistance. Our doors are always open. Have a nice day.

This was the worst mistake of me and my husband's life. Management is rude, curtsey and just down right disrespectful. We were good tenants and paid our rent every month with no disturbances. We never could sleep since there are always people outside either selling drugs, gambling or just drinking and being loud. We made several complaints and ****NOTHING**** was done. and to top if off, when we got ready to move due to we couldn't take it anymore and our lease was up, all of sudden, our move ...

out notice disappeared. This is the most despicable place and I would encourage everyone to STAY AWAY.
