I have been a resident here for a little over 6 months. And the new manager Ms. Shantel has made a huge difference in the apartment community. She is very helpful and hands on. And the maintaining of the property has changed for the better. And the new parking permits has made a huge difference in the parking... Thanks!!!!

I moved here a few months after they completed construction. I was aware that there weren’t any amenities, which was fine by me. But here’s the issue. They run specials for new tenants, but don’t give any type of incentive for current tenants when it’s time to renew their lease. As a matter of fact, I’ve had 2 increases when my lease was up. And one of them was right when the pandemic started! We pay for our own water & valet trash. There’s no justification for raising the rent, if we’re not ...

getting any type of amenities. It use fo be really quiet over here, but now they are letting just anyone live here & these ppl are so disruptive. No matter how many times u tell management, nothing changes. Not to mention, there has been theft on the property. My hope is that I’ll be able to leave when my lease is up. It’s really sad, because this complex is only 3 years old & it’s already starting to go down hill.

Been a current resident here I would not recommend this complex because not enough parking, staff is very rude, and property is not well maintain. Been here for a year and Im so disappointed with the treatment I have received in this luxury complex. No amenities as well for the price we pay. That’s why I’m leaving this month August ?

They staff is very nice to you when you’re looking and they want you to sign the lease but after you sign they are just rude and careless. Very bad attitudes and don’t do anything to help out. People are always smoking marijuana in the halls. Nice apartment complex but not worth it.

I’ve been living here for about a year now, the manager is really nice trust me she does a lot to help. But afterwards she became very careless. She’s not great at all she lets anyone in this complex now. They were nice at first and now they are not. Very careless trashy people who smoke weed in the halls. The apartments are nice inside but don’t live here unless you want trouble all the time.
