Maintenance is great
May 11, 2022The new maintenance crew have done some great improvement to the property. The responsive time has also improved to work orders and have only been very polite. John maintenance was a great addition to Bella Vista.Review from Apartments.com
Look somewhere else
November 1, 2019Its a very old building tjat they just patch up. When I moved in I had to clean my entire apt. The fridge was filthy, it literally had old black build up on the bottom shelf. None of the shelves were wiped down or the window panes. Dog hair everywhere. Nicks throughout my apt. Bathroom drawers full of hair. Nasty toilet seat that i had to beg to replace. The screens fall off all the time, on all the windows. Drug users and gangbanger walk through freely. Dog poop not picked up. They went up on my ...rent $70 aftet 6 months. Bella Vista
September 23, 2015Only one complaint. They advertise WiFi available by pool and laundry room. When you ask them they say they do not even though the transmit two of them. Kinda made me not very happy because that was one of the reasons I moved here.Review from Apartments.com
On my own but not alone
August 16, 2015Im so grateful for the patience help I received from the apartments manager, Marla. This is the first time I've ever lived on my own, I'm a mother to a four year old girl. Other apartments were either too expensive or not big enough for my little family. Bella Vista had everything I was looking for. It's affordable, staffed with friendly people, pet friendly, clean, and in a good location.
