Very Rough & Not Well Maintained

When I first moved in one of the building caught fire and now the building is occupied by the homeless seeking shelter. Twice EMS had to be called for overdoses in March alone. The property management was replaced after the fire and this property management sucks even worse than better. My windows don't lock, no security measures on my door (no peep hole). There is no 24 hr maintenance/emergency line. The police actually told me to get the heck out of this complex as quick as possible!!

The pictures on the website do not look like this place does in person. It appears that they may be working on things around here. I was very disappointed when I moved here. The pool has only a little bit of green stagnant water with trash in it. Teenagers always throw their chip bags, cans, etc. down on the ground and parking lot. The grill is missing. All the wall and ceiling hole patches look terrible. Not professionally done at all, not even close. Paint on all door handles, light switch ...
plates, everything. Seriously looks like a child did the painting and sheetrock patch work. It IS nice and quiet place to live so far and I really hope that all of this is actually being worked on. If so, this will be a really nice place. Right now, not so much.

I have lived here over a year there was a capitol murderer living above me and a 24 hour stand off with police they DONT fix anything we went 5 months without heat/air DO NOT MOVE HERE the pool is NEVER clean either

Community is NOT well kept! Office attempts to push tenants to keep clean and there’s trash everywhere. Water is always off for so called issues. Mail is forwarded to to post office due to “broken” boxes when my box wasn’t broken. Rodents within walls and office nor maintenance took it as an urgent issue and just set traps when I confirmed it was more than that. Corporate is NO help and don’t treat any issue as urgent and do not communicate or apologize for lack of attention. Don’t respond to ...

These apartments are horribly maintained. Definitely only showing one side of the complex. Outlets loose, appliances not working even after being replaced, ac not running correctly, windows not properly closing, cabinets falling off and no property measure, doors don't close correctly, cloudy white water. The list goes on. Definitely needs a new property manager or needs to be SHUT DOWN!

Do not move here. Maintenance guys are rude and take forever to fix issues. They are untrue to their word about when issues will be fixed and they are constantly lying. The apartment complex is very dirty. The office never answers their phones and are very difficult to get a hold of even in person. I’ve been having issues since I moved in can’t wait for my lease to be over.

This apartment complex has steadily been going downhill for the past 6 months. New management has made it absolutely intolerable. They are non-responsive, trash everywhere, pool and water ponds are cesspools. Flea infestations and squirrel infestations in the walls....all without attention from mgmt. I'm going to write an extremely honest review about my experience. I was suppose to start my lease on a certain and that certain day came and no management was there to issue our keys. We then decided right then and there to terminate our lease. Went in the next day to find that management had changed (with no warning) and our file wasn't even in the system so it was like we never existed. We weren't even on the calendar of move ins...We were able to be released from the lease immediately and ...
refunded. That being said, just don't. Find somewhere else to go. Really. Too many people on the site told us to look elsewhere so we did and are extremely happy we did. Fair warning.

There's never any hot water. Maintenance requests take forever to get done. Dont even think about calling the office to try and get it done because you will be delt with by the rude apartment manager and her assistant and they will make you feel very uncomfortable for calling. Like its your fault that their property needs maintenance. I cant wait to move from this apartment when my lease is up. I would advise you to look elsewhere

This place is trash. The management is rude, especially AJ and will do their best not to help you. I have had a broken a.c. four times now, one time taking three weeks to fix in the summer and when we first reported it they said they had to check the other buildings to see if any were broken, if they were they would have called like I did. I have witnessed multiple fights in the parking lot, multiple domestic abuse issues, gunshots every other weekend, laundry room broken 9 months out of the ...
year, the pool is a swamp and during my year here was only clean one week. Your apartment will break down but you won't think that because instead of fixing it up they're just covering the old rotting wood siding with more siding. The "gated community" gate has been broken the entire time, every week a car is broken into if not towed for no reason. Save your money and possibly your life and do no move here

The complex has a great theme of tranquility and relaxation. However the pond water is very dirty making it impossible to see the fish in the water.The fitness center is not air conditioned.And the apartments aren't very big.It wasn't until I moved in that I discovered there are no light fixtures anywhere other than the kitchen,bathrooms,and closests.
