December 14, 2017Fleetwood Manor is very nasty they don't care about anyone all they care about is their money I lived at Fleetwood Manor for one year the ceiling and the downstairs bathroom it fell through and it was because of a water leak I told the office 5 or 6 times about the leak and the roof cell they never sent anyone to fix it so my carpet from the bathroom to the living room. the carpet got molded. Making me and children sick. So I ended up having to leave me myself because I got really sick and had ...to go to the hospital but my older children stay to try to fix the apartment they would have somewhere to stay. I had a lot of problems at Fleetwood. My son was jumped by a few boys my oldest daughter was jumped by people massive girls and then they destroyed my car and broke into my home I got all these police police reports gave them to the office and now they say they don't have them. Not A PlAce To live!
August 18, 2016Fleetwood is not a place to live. The apartments are not in good condition for children and nothing is never fix! There is always trash outside on the ground and trash cans are always overflowing, they rarely cut the grass my mother apartment and next door neighbors has sewer water in front of their door it looks like a mini pool this has been going on for a while this place is invested with all kind of bugs because pest control comes whenever they feel it is necessary but I can't tell if they ...come out at all because bugs are every where! !! Mold is every where and children live here this ridiculous HUD really need to do something about this place!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
