This property seems to be a good deal. We have been dealing with the kind, helpful office staff pursuant to our move-in in three days from now. We had been renting in a different rental property nearby that steeply raised rents unexpectedly, but Benson Village is FAR more affordable! Steps from shopping and dining options and directly on transit routes.
