Great to Live in, Bad to move out of!
September 30, 2019I lived in Bent Tree Trails for two years and moved out a few months ago. I have been calling, emailing, and doing whatever else I can to get in contact with anyone about refunding my deposit. Under this new management, no one returns calls or emails. The apartment complex owes me money and has no urgency to pay me back what is due. Again, I greatly enjoyed my time living their under old management, but now I have a sour taste of the experience from missing hundreds of dollars from this ...complex.Property Manager Responded

Good but maintenance is slow
September 17, 2019I’ve been living here for 6 months. Good, quiet area. Very dog friendly and close to most activities/stores. However, the maintenance crew is slow with getting things fixed. You have to call to file a ticket and it’ll probably take 3-4 days to get something fixed & you have to remind the staff constantly. Other than that, it’s a nice complexProperty Manager Responded

Quiet, happy
November 11, 2018I've lived here about two years and I LOVE it. We are a couple in our mid thirties without kids and I really appreciate how quiet it is here. Complex is mainly retired people and young professionals. Never worried about a break in or our car being messed with. Every apartment has 1 assigned covered space, plenty of uncovered parking available too. Pool is nice, grills are great in cabana area. Bent Tree Trails is like having my own Oasis right in by Backyard
August 14, 2015For Bent Tree Trails to be an older complex, it has a warmth about it. As you drive in to the complex (no iron gates) you are greeted with beautiful green trees and lush landscaping. The rooms are large in the apartments so you get the patio home feel when your inside. The pool area is surrounded by tall mature trees and a lovely cabana. Our complex sits a few yards down from the Addison Circle and that is like living in the great state of Texas but having that NY feeling with the ...brownstones lined on the streets and small bistros. So... on your next visit to Addison TX, stop by Bent Tree Trails and take a look for your self. Grab a couple of tickets to the Addison Water Tower Theater, stroll down to the small wine café and have a glass of Vino. Don't judge a book by the cover
August 5, 2015Went apartment hunting for a friend in the Addison area, on first drive up the thought was to keep driving. However since I made the trek, I gave it a look. At first glance the apartments look a little sketchy because they are much older than some of the other complexes in close proximity. Once we were shown a unit, I was surprised to see the renovations (nice wood flooring, granite, security system which is optional, and the appliances, etc.). Great Value and location! Walkable, livable, green space and windows.
July 23, 2015With the popularity of Addison, TX, it was refreshing to find a quiet apartment complex with large rooms, lots of windows, and space! The renovated complex offers many of the same amenities as those in Addison Circle, but just a few blocks away from the event noise and crowds, while still walkable and offering better pricing and green space those in the circle simply do not have.Review from Apartments.com
