Maintenance
October 10, 2023The maintenance crew is not so reliable. I've had a problem with my kitchen floor for months and still hasn't been repaired. I had a water heater link for a minute and they couldn't take care of it right away because Maintenance was off for the weekend. I'ts an emergency issue and they didn't take care of it until this pass Monday evening! The water had saturated the floor in the restroom and hall. Plus the sink is all soaked inside. Love my stay here!! Peacefull and quiet
May 16, 2018Its a lovely place to live so much I've already renewed my lease for another year! I couldn't ask for more. Tan is such a great person and is willing to do whatever it takes to keep her tenants happy. She's been a great help when it comes to repairs and more. Don't mind the bad reviews they're not correct in any way. Tan is patient and understanding when it comes to her tenants. Give her and this location 10 thumbs?upReview from Apartments.com

The worst place to live!!
January 23, 2018The properties are in terrible conditions! There is no fix to anything because no matter how bad you need it they just don't get any repairs done. The office lady(Tanzila) can be nice but she is quick to be nasty and unprofessional when you have gotten on her nerves about the complaints for maintenance and repairs ect... She will tell you that you may move out if you don't like it and will be rude and have an attitude right away instead of making sure tenants have safe and livable properties. She ...(Tanzila the office lady) has no common sense when it comes to repairs. Windows are malfuntioning and she claims "wells you're not suppose to open the windows cuz they are old". But the lease states I should have a safe easy exit access in case of a fire emergency it also states that I should have functioning doors and windows. Damaged old windows that wont open without someone getting hurt for sure, is a safety issue especially when there are elderly people and children in these apartments. This is a fire hazard when they won't allow you to open windows because of the malfunctioning but they dont want to fix that problem either, putting tenants lives at risk if there is a fire outbreak. This place is just a real dump. Don't be fooled by the calm quietness of the property or how clean it may look around because you're in for a treat once you have signed that lease contract.
