Best Deal in Town
July 21, 2015The price of this apartment is definitely one of the lowest in town and in a college town that is usually the most important quality. The best part is you can live free of roommate drama, in a one bedroom, with luxuries like dishwashers and garbage disposals, and modern style for one of the lowest prices in town. I have loved living here for two years and would stay if I didn't get a job in Kansas City. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the security door is annoying (which is ...actually a plus for most people), I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator (which makes moving difficult), and the Air is an AC unit instead of central which makes my electric bill triple in the summer (because I can not handle heat at all).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
