I am a current resident of boca and I completely love this community, the office staff is amazing and welcoming, the maintenance are reliable and fast to emergency work orders, as I mentioned on another review I just wished they had a complimentary coffee in the front office while we wait for Uber

The property is well kept, Management is very friendly and will work with you if you work with them. If you have a problem with something in your apartment they will fix it in a short time. Sometimes you have to schedule something if it concerns a vendor, onsite maintenance is prompt and can fix most problems the next day. This is a quiet property and the people who live here are quiet and friendly. The people in the office are always ready to help you as long as you work with them.

The management and maintenance team try to maintain everything working properly but the apartments need some remodeling.
The structures are somewhat old so it's easy to hear your neighbors above/bellow or next to you.
Some residents have the tendency of hanging their clothes to dry in their patios and some let their children run/scream/ride bikes on the side walks unattended, which have caused disturbance problems. Management have tried to handle those problems in multiple ways but have not ...
