October 23, 2022I LOVE this staff! They are friendly, welcoming and care. The building is BEAUTIFUL and I can not wait to move in. The location is perfect, close to everything but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The large windows and private balconies are my favorite features. Good apartment, awful management
August 11, 2022Stay away unless you want to manage issue after issue. The number of problems I've experienced since moving in only a few months ago are too numerous to list but include: leaking air conditioning, broken air conditioning, constant electrical issues, leaking pipes, poorly installed drawers, hinges, and exterior door. Management of these issues is laughable and communication is poor.Property Manager Responded
