Rules: Bbq pits indoor, plants only on the patios then complain the planters are too big, pool is rarely open, and these ridiculous rules come by email not by paper so hopefully people are with the times or you are screwed. 24 hour maintenance isn’t true either. Cinder blocks not speed bumps

It is one of the nicest apartments in the area and affordable.i highly recommend the flex pay .I have the largest 2 bedroom and i honestly love the layout and i have washer and dryer connections.The staff is helpful.Older apartments but nice.

I use to live here before with my mother ,i moved out for personal reasons .But after some time i decided to come back because i really enjoy living here ,the property is really nice and clean and the people that work here are very nice and understanding .I always compliment the ladies in the office and the maintenance staff is amazing as well .thank you braeswood oaks.

I have been here 6 years and transferred to a larger apartment with connections. Maintenance staff are so helpful they take there time to complete the orders and when they need more time they notify you. Last week I came home & the cool thing was there was a door hanger stating maintenance is inside. The girls in the office are very sweet I just signed a renewal and when I got home they left me a renewal gift. Love my apartments

I am a current resident in braes wood oaks and i love it .The rent is very affordable I even signed up for the flex program and my kids love to spend the afternoon in the kids club that its actually free the leader is very nice and good with the kids i also enjoy the the swimming pools in the summer and the staff is very nice .I will renew my lease.

I have lived here for 6 months i love it here the staff is awsome its a beautiful floor plan and maintenance comes right away when you call them for a problem. I love Braeswood oaks apt me and my kids get to swim there are 2 pools and they are clean and safe i can wash my clothes here i dont have to leave the property its a great place to live.

I am 8 months into my lease and i will very likely stay here until i buy my own house .i love it so far i love the flex pay option which i take full advantage of even if rent if pretty affordable .i love how big the units are and walk in closets ,maintenance is pretty good they fixed all my issues in very pretty reasonable time unlike my previous apts which is why i moved from there. Staff in front office are nice and so far helpful. I did read the reviews before moving here and at First i was ...

hesitant but I'm glad i live here now .its very cozy.
