January 26, 2023Rules: Bbq pits indoor, plants only on the patios then complain the planters are too big, pool is rarely open, and these ridiculous rules come by email not by paper so hopefully people are with the times or you are screwed. 24 hour maintenance isn’t true either. October 31, 2018I have been here 6 years and transferred to a larger apartment with connections. Maintenance staff are so helpful they take there time to complete the orders and when they need more time they notify you. Last week I came home & the cool thing was there was a door hanger stating maintenance is inside. March 7, 2018I am 8 months into my lease and i will very likely stay here until i buy my own house .i love it so far i love the flex pay option which i take full advantage of even if rent if pretty affordable .i love how big the units are and walk in closets ,maintenance is pretty good they fixed all my issues in very pretty reasonable time unlike my previous apts which is why i moved from there. Staff in front office are nice and so far helpful.
