    Worst apartment ever don’t rent here infested with roaches. Parking suck. False information the office gives you. Always in bad mood. Maintenance takes months to fix you apartment

  • Nice Staff and quick repairs

    I moved in about a month ago, and the office staff was very helpful and they kept me up to date on my application. They were very welcoming on move in day too. Then I had an issue with my sink faucet and it got fixed within 48 hours of reporting it! I don't know who was here before but Deidra and her team seem pretty great to me!

  • DONT LEASE, OFFICE IS LAZY.

    If you put your application in they ask for all deposits fees upfront before processing the application. So they can wait until near the end of processing the application to keep your applicaton fee, rather your approved or not. RUDE STAFF, NEIGHBORS WAS COMPLAING ABOUT THE A/C WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN. Should have took it as a sign. IF YOU VALUE THE MONEY YOU WORKED HARD FOR, THINK AGAIN BEFORE HANDING THEM MONEY BEFORE THE APPLICATION PROCESS. MAKE SURE THE A/C IS GOOD FIRST MOVE IN DURING THE ...

  • Ok, I guess...

    We have been here for 3 years and are looking to move as soon as our lease is up. The apartments themselves are a nice size and in the last year has changed to better management but the neighborhood is just not the best. We have had some troublesome neighbors but I guess as long as you stay to yourself there will be no problems. This was our first apartment ever so it was a good starter but we are ready to move on to something better.
