August 11, 2025Hey, what's up everyone. Definitely wanna give a shout out to this place overall. I really enjoy the floor plans that they have here as well as all of the common areas. I think they give more more than just an apartment type feeling to them, but more of a home tight feeling to them. The main patio upstairs gives the perfect view of a Colorado sunset. No obstruction in view to the Rocky Mountains and the Boulder area. Hanging out by the pool is super fun and the staff is really helpful and ...friendly as well. Maintenance request are done very quickly. And the neighbors are pretty quiet.Property Manager Responded

May 18, 2025So far it's been pretty good! Recently they had a franks&friends little party and it was great!! Fun meeting new neighbors. One of the new leasing agents (Kimmy) I believe, is a wonderful human! Very polite and respectful and that also goes towards Tiffany &Andrea! Still enjoying my peace here at Bridges. May 11, 2025Hey! I just wanted to share how much I'm enjoying living here. The staff is super friendly and really great at handling any issues—like city stuff and maintenance. I've never had any problems myself. I live in Building One, and it's pretty quiet, which is nice. The hot tub was 103° today, and everyone was just lounging around. March 19, 2025Been here for 11 months so far. I’ve been complaining to the office about our upstairs neighbors being absolutely obnoxious. Running, stomping, banging on the walls, kids screaming etc which is happening from 8am to around 1130pm on a daily basis. The office is not interested in making this kind of thing stop. They are more concerned with getting their money. I’ve lost my job and my fiance has been threatened his job several times due to us not getting to sleep until midnight and having to be up ...for 5am which leads to us sleeping through alarms and being late for work. Due to this issue not being resolved, we’ve suffered with a hard hit to loss to wages which put us behind on bills. According to the lease, rent is “late” on the 10th. I was charged late fees on the 9th and then given an eviction notice on the 11th. Even with all the proof that was sent to them over the last 10 months. If you like your sanity, I’d consider a different option instead of this place.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Place to Live
February 20, 2025I currently live here, moved in August 2024. Horrible place to live. My roommate and I have experienced homophobia from the office, discrimination, vandalism in the garage that has yet to be resolved (happened early December), awful neighbors who accused me of harassing them, and now my roommate has been charged with "disturbing the peace" and "assault" because the office management team doesn't want to do their jobs nor communicate with their residents past getting them in the building. Andrea ...and Tiffany are beyond discriminatory and have no customer service, business management, nor ethical conduct. Andrea takes weeks to respond to emails, never answers calls, and is sporadically in and out of the office even during "open hours". Communication to residents via email makes it sound like residents are criminals (pics below of examples), they take random days off for themselves, and fail to follow thru with their word. I was promised a covered spot in the garage after a month of moving in, and now 6 months later I was told I'd have to pay $50 extra a month to have a covered spot as "spots are rare" - we have over 40 apartments available so how is a spot "rare"? Additionally, my roommate was accused and committed for petty "disturbance of the peace" and "assault" because he has Autism level 1 and uses a clenched fist technique to calm himself during dialogue which was misconstrued as "assault" by the unprofessional ladies in the office. They immediately called 911 after saying "our lawyer will be in touch" after being confronted for not responding to emails or calls. I have never been treated in such a way living in an apartment building. They treat residents like utter trash and have zero respect for anyone outside of the office. Maintenance takes weeks to do their job, if they do it other than walking around the building on their phones and smoking marijauna. Do not move into this building!!
