February 13, 2026Im still sharing the fact that I love living here. Guess what? I pay on time, I give patience to service requests and they get taken care of. The staff, Thank you, Kimmie and Tiffany, you're awesome! I have never had issues here. Sure we might have some door hinge problems from time to time and other tenants could be causing others some issues, but not this place! I make friends with my neighbors and a lot of cool people here. The amenities are great! I can't complain at all! Thanks team!Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025Hey, what's up everyone. Definitely wanna give a shout out to this place overall. I really enjoy the floor plans that they have here as well as all of the common areas. I think they give more more than just an apartment type feeling to them, but more of a home tight feeling to them. The main patio upstairs gives the perfect view of a Colorado sunset. No obstruction in view to the Rocky Mountains and the Boulder area. Hanging out by the pool is super fun and the staff is really helpful and ...friendly as well. Maintenance request are done very quickly. And the neighbors are pretty quiet.Property Manager Responded

May 18, 2025So far it's been pretty good! Recently they had a franks&friends little party and it was great!! Fun meeting new neighbors. One of the new leasing agents (Kimmy) I believe, is a wonderful human! Very polite and respectful and that also goes towards Tiffany &Andrea! Still enjoying my peace here at Bridges. The pool has been great as well! Glad its finally open! Very cold but will be worth it once it really starts to get hot. Overall, its been great living here.Property Manager Responded

May 11, 2025Hey! I just wanted to share how much I'm enjoying living here. The staff is super friendly and really great at handling any issues—like city stuff and maintenance. I've never had any problems myself. I live in Building One, and it's pretty quiet, which is nice. The hot tub was 103° today, and everyone was just lounging around. March 22, 2025Communication is still very poor as I never receive responses to my emails sent to the Manager Maintenance sprays potpourri up and down the halls which enters our apartments which is bothersome as many of us are sensitive to chemicals rather than simply just removing the trash left in the hallways that's creating the foul odorProperty Manager Responded
