Dog
There is a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment, with no more than 50 pounds in combined weight. Each pet will be subject to a deposit fee and pet rent. The following Dog Breeds are recognized by AKA aggressive breeds and are restricted and will not be allowed: Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Huskie, and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds are also prohibited. Every dog will be required to participate in a demeanor assessment and may be excluded from occupancy if deemed aggressive or a risk to other community member or residents. If this occurs and occupancy has not occurred all fees, except application fee, will be refunded to the applicant.

(For the BEST) Priscella is always looking out for the best interest of the residents here, makes the renter really fell like they are cared about. Decline in management and quality with an increase in price
April 19, 2018Atrocious management that keeps getting turned over to worse management! This complex has been steadily going downhill and prices have gone up since we've been here and doesn't look to be changing any time soon. Work orders have to be submitted multiple times to get addressed, and when they are addressed you are told why it is your fault the problem happened. We had an issue with the carpet when we were moving in with the apartment but were stuck moving in with it and were told that it had been ...fixed so they were not responsible for fixing it, so I guess we now have to deal with nails sticking up from underneath the carpet. Honesty is the best policy
August 11, 2015These apartments are very comfortable apon move in, but as you begin to live day to day everything starts to fall apart. The apartments are preped to look very nice but they do not withstand everyday wear. The staff is polite but when it comes to repairs and any services you may need; you could wait a while. The only downside to the location is the ambulance and helicopter traffic from Tomball regional medical center. Nice complex
August 14, 2015Nice little complex tucked back into downtown Tomball. Doesn't have the luxurious amenities like others but the prices are adjusted accordingly. Bridgewater
July 28, 2015It is obviously not a new apartment complex and they have tried renovating it although... covering the old up with some paint isn't really restoring. I have a "1-1B" floorplan. There is not a light in the living room, everything in the kitchen, to the bathroom countertop, and even the bath tub and walls are painted. The flooring is laminated and can easily be torn so there's that... The price is the cheapest you can find around the Tomball area for the square footage but it's also mediocre. I've ...found that management is quick to resolve your issues and listen to you and it does seem as if they are there to help you. The closet space is great, you get a lot of cabinet space, and a closed off patio or for others porch. My main issue is the water being allocated. You are "charged" more if you have a unit that allows you to have washer/dryer connections even if you don't have a w/d hooked up thus you have a higher water bill even if you might be using less (I use that area for storage). It's definitely a great first apartment if especially with a lot of the other complexes not answering their phones or returning your calls so you know management there doesn't care or other complexes are just very expensive. They clean up their pools every Monday which is a plus, they have an area you can go to for television, games, and computer access, they also have a small doggy park which is nice for those who have pets.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Not impressed
July 28, 2013Called left message, but never got a call back. I called again on a different day and the lady was very nice and made the complex sound wonderful.
