Pests
June 25, 2025Since move in, we have had issues with pests, from roaches to mice. Maintenance and pest control is slow to respond to the issues, and the staff in the leasing office hasn’t taken the problem seriously. If you want to live here, be prepared to buy your own traps to control the pests in your unit in a timely manner.Review from Apartments.com

Amazing hospitality and extremely helpful

Worst place to live no security and 0 maintenance
March 14, 2025If I had 0 star option, I would have picked it. After living for a year, I am writing my honest review. This is not at all a safe place to live. All the car tyres are being stolen, clothes are being stolen from Washers and dryers in daylight, found 3 BULLETS in children’s playing area, drugs and what not? Too much of rent with 0 maintenance. No one will bother to listen to yo ur concerns. 0 maintenance, worst place to live.Property Manager Responded

February 25, 2025I am quite disappointed with the maintenance service at this apartment complex. I raised a problem request over 15 days ago, and it has yet to be attended to. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response from the management team. This lack of promptness and attention to tenants' concerns is extremely frustrating and needs to be addressed urgently. The delayed service is causing significant inconvenience, and it reflects poorly on the overall management of the property. I hope the ...management takes immediate action to improve their responsiveness and provide better service to their residents.Property Manager Responded
