March 18, 2026We’re excited to be moving to Brighton Village. The apartment is spacious, the neighborhood is lovely, and the community feels welcoming. It’s great to see a diverse community, including many Indian families. The move-in process has been mostly smooth, though we had a few minor issues. A couple of items in the apartment needed attention, and some areas could have been cleaner. Also, email responses from the leasing office can be a bit slow at times. One point still under discussion is the ...referral bonus timing. Overall, we’re happy with the apartment and the community, and we’re confident these small issues will be addressed. December 25, 2025So far is been great. The leasing agents are very nice, kind and professional but John went really above and beyond. November 26, 2025Maintenance is fast and the application process is easy. It is an old building so the toilets are small and not powerful. Laundry is wayy too expensive, paying about $6 each load you wash and dry and the machines are small too. The place is nice, I suggest getting a unit with hardwood flooring. Overall I would recommend a stay here as the price is very competitive, perfect balance between cheap and quality.Property Manager Responded

Pests
June 25, 2025Since move in, we have had issues with pests, from roaches to mice. Maintenance and pest control is slow to respond to the issues, and the staff in the leasing office hasn’t taken the problem seriously. If you want to live here, be prepared to buy your own traps to control the pests in your unit in a timely manner.Review from Apartments.com

Amazing hospitality and extremely helpful
