December 25, 2025So far is been great. The leasing agents are very nice, kind and professional but John went really above and beyond. November 26, 2025Maintenance is fast and the application process is easy. It is an old building so the toilets are small and not powerful. Laundry is wayy too expensive, paying about $6 each load you wash and dry and the machines are small too. The place is nice, I suggest getting a unit with hardwood flooring. Overall I would recommend a stay here as the price is very competitive, perfect balance between cheap and quality.Property Manager Responded

Pests
June 25, 2025Since move in, we have had issues with pests, from roaches to mice. Maintenance and pest control is slow to respond to the issues, and the staff in the leasing office hasn’t taken the problem seriously. If you want to live here, be prepared to buy your own traps to control the pests in your unit in a timely manner.Review from Apartments.com
