it’s all bad

i lived here for three years with multiple black mold issues that were never properly fixed and it has affected my health, after trying to end my lease because of this i had to fight tooth and nail to even be able to leave these apartments due to the terrible attitude of the general manager rosa.

Office staff is awesome, but that’s about it

First off, the office staff here is amazing. They really care about their residents and do their best, but... the complex itself could really use some help. Be prepared for mold. Maintenance does their best to fix everything but a lot of it is just quick slap fixes like caulking cracks and spraying kiltz over visible mold. There is very little lighting in these apartments, so it’s always dim. The insulation around the doors and windows needs an update - you can feel the drafts. Also, the walls ...

around the windows (and everywhere else tbh) are so patched over that hanging curtains will just fall down - best to use thumbtacks. The neighborhood is questionable. There are gunshots fired in or around the complex at least twice a month. Cars have been broken into and/or vandalized several times during my lease here. They have outside security though, so that’s a plus. Overall, not a horrible apartment complex but it could use some help.

I was here for 4 months and when I was there I was assaulted by a lady 3 times my size. 1 out of 4 apartments have bed bugs in them. And car break ins every night

The ladies at the office are helpful and nice, there was an issue with a child while I was in there making a payment, they took care of it respectfully. I like living here because of the location and the price.

Pros: Employees are very nice. They make repairs in a timely matter. Pets are accepted and only $100 pet deposit per pet. Rent includes all utilities and is still cheap. Nice neighbors. Cons: first month I lived here, roaches everywhere! I got roach traps from Walmart and now I rarely see any. I think they came from the apt on the other side of the wall. I do end up see alot of brown recluse spiders. Even after they sprayed my apt, although they didnt spray it that well. The appliances are all ...

old and worn. Oven is stuck on one heat.
