Low Rent!!!
October 27, 2023Rent is a great price... However, u will have to get rid of mice and roaches and maybe fix a few things urself because work orders are not priority. The bathroom is just mildewed or stained tubs with bright white paint sprayed over it. And even though they fix absolutely nothing they expect the rent on time or they will quickly file eviction just for u to for over extra funds.... So basically u get what u pay for. Only go there if ur desperate and have great patience!Review from Apartments.com
