Very good apartments

I have lived here 2 times and both times I had an excellent experience. I never had a problem with any neighbors or management..this are fixed timely and to top it all I have 3 children and they have the option to go to a kids club that they have inside the apartment complex..that was of alot help to me since they help with homework and they also get to get a snack while they are in there. They get to learn different things and play as well. Very nice place to live and affordable.

I recently took a tour at Brookbend apartments. Very intriguing, profession, friendly staff. I love the fact they they have an after-school program for kids. The pricing is very decent for the amount of square footage and the complex is clean, seems to be maintained very well.

Have been here for several years and can tell you that management addresses any concerns you have quickly. Never have had a problem that they weren't willing to take care of. The manager (Jenny) is wonderful! If you are a responsible resident who wants good management, Brookbend is a great place.

The best staff in Houston!!! I recommend Brookbend to an one that is looking for a new home. I just referred my mom here and she is as happy as I am. It has been a almost 2 years and I plan to stay plenty more. They are so friendly and truly care about the happiness of all of their residents. they always make sure they do things for the kids and have an awesome afterschool program.

I stayed here with a family member while I was waiting on my apartment to get ready and all I see is weed and dope heads walk around . They stand near to the gate of other apartments begging for a dollar to get a cigar to smoke dope . The apartments look nice but they are not well maintained because a lady next to us was screaming because she saw rats running in her house . Someone from these apartments robbed a lady in the next apartments .

I been living here for 5 months already and everytime I make a maintance request I get it done the same day I love there maintance staff always greeting you when you pass by . there is a lot of families in here with so is a pretty quiet complex compare to what they tell you when you start searching down fondren I would definitely recommend friends and family to these apartments .

since I moved in last year I've had nothing but wonderful experiences the manager is absolutely amazing and Stephanie is the next best thing to slice bread. the upkeep of the apts is really good they pick up my trash from my door like 3 times a week maintenance man of the year needs to go to Fernando he's a all around fix it man. I will most definitely be renewing my lease. I'm in absolute bliss over here.

My lights, mail and everything else was being transferred and I get a call saying they made a mistake and I should not been approved...well I have been calling for almost a month after you took my deposit and I paid 2 application fees. I call to see when will they refund all the money I give them they had the nerve to hang up in my face. They will tell you one thing and next week it is something else.They are very ...

inconsiderate,rude,unprofessional and dishonest.I will be calling the Apartment Association and the BBB about this matter of getting my application fees. deposit and administration fees back.
