Also, the fact that packages get delivered to your front door is very convenient. December 31, 2024My experience here at Brookestone so far has been wonderful, It’s feels good to know that your children can go out and play and you really don’t have to worry too much, because there is always someone around and the neighbors pay attention. This is our own little community, I have seen events happen here. Halloween was so exciting, all the kids were out, something I haven’t seen in 14 years when I owned a home. Disappointed; beautiful home, terrible neighborhood
July 12, 2024So, don't get me wrong, the inside of my Brookestone townhome is AMAZING!!! The space is great (except for the smallest bedroom), kitchen is Breathtaking, and scenic backyard view is so serene...however, the neighborhood is not safe at all. Car theft is ridiculously insane, and there are always strange cars creeping through the neighborhood with blacked out tinted windows. I can't wait for my lease to end, so that I can move elsewhere.
