Horrible

Never fixes anything! Management is rude and assanine. The parking lot is unsafe and they tow your vehicles. The pool is ran down and the water bills are $100 a month and you have to pay because the apartment complex provides the water !! The power bills are high because the duct runs are old and the walls are not insulated well. It’s a dump! Stay clear!

Love Love Love Brookhaven!

Very quiet complex. In the 2 years we have lived here we have only seen 3 roaches in our unit. Maintenance is quick to fix any issue. Parking is never an issue. Only 2 minor complaints would be that the outside lighting never seem to be on/don't last after being fixed and need more washer and dryers at the laundry facilitfacility near the front pool.
